Food And Drink

We're not a food and drink festival, but our food and drink will be hearty, delicious, great value and local. No paying £3.50 for a warm can of Stella or £7 for a paper plate of solid couscous with a few Tesco value olives on top. High chairs aplenty.

Real ale from Hambleton Ales

Hambleton ales supply Sainbury's from their brewery 2 miles from the festival site. We are going to be selling rather a lot of their best bitter we suspect, which is delicious. Expect 'Up North' pub prices of £2.50 per pint and beer in great condition having been put into the keg on the morning of the festival.

Sloe Motion

Nothing beats the stress of festival organising more than a night in on your own experimenting with Sloe Gin to bring you a long considered ultimate Deer Shed Festival cocktail range. Yorkshire Sloe Gin from SloeMotion.

Deer Shed Festival BBQ

Local quality butcher Hartley's supplying the fillings to Ripon's best baker's buns with all the tasty trimmings.

Jim's Dad's hog roast.

You can't beat a good hog roast. Local dales farmer Terry Beadle takes time off from the farm to feed the masses. Apple sauce and stuffing assured.

The Crêpe Company

Like a pancake but with a circumflex. We bring you the The Crêpe Company, delicious sweet or savoury. Our mastery of html knows no bounds.

Yorkshire Tea

A quality blend of tea with added Yorkshire. Make a cuppa for the plumber or the vicar safe in the knowledge that you've made the right choice in both cases.

I's Pies

We welcome I’s Pies, Quiches and Tarts, hand made from only the finest Yorkshire ingredients – delicious!

They don’t use anything artificial in their baking and certainly no genetically modified ingredients of hydrogenated fats, just generous fillings and melt in the mouth pure butter pastry … no rubbish! The emphasis is on local produce; the meat comes from the Yorkshire Dales, butter from Settle, Yorkshire milled flour, locally grown fresh herbs and locally farmed free range eggs to mention just some of the ingredients.

Deb's home cooking.

Professional head chef and dear friend Debs and her crew will be feeding our bands and crew over the Saturday as well as the festival goers. Expect excellent veggie food. Curries, chillies, pies and cakes cakes

Taylors Of Harrogate

We shall be serving Taylors coffee, a quality Harrogate supplier from our food tent. The coffee of choice, they say they have a coffee for every occasion, we've got the festival occasion one.

It's a wrap

Everything in a wrap from It's A Wrap. Spicy Chicken Wraps, Spicy Vegetable Wraps, Falafel Wraps all with a choice of sauces. Fair trade teas and coffees too (not in wraps.)

Sunday Breakfast

The bacon and eggs will be a sizzlin' from 8 until 11 on Sunday morning just to save you bringing all that extra cooking gubbins. We might even throw in a free cup of Yorkshire tea...
